CONDITIONS OF STAY

The room is available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
The client will be given his keys and card to access the building.

Equipement :

Sheets and kitchen utensils are provided.
This kit includes :

• Sheets, blankets, towels renewed every 10 days (besides mattress protection sheets that are already installed).
• Plates, glass, cutlery, ... (exept pans).

Optional services :

Opening a telephone line.
Assignment of a personal number (10 € / month).



WIFI internet access is available in all the rooms. Various fixed prices are available
(1 day : 5.90€, 1 week : 14.90€, 1 month : 19.90€).




Clothes washing facilities are available to residents on the ground floor.
Tokens can be obtained at reception.
Washing machine : 3 euros
Spin-dryer : 1 euro


For stays longer than 1 month : :
Provide a justification of personal liability.
Home insurance is not necessary.

Expected departure date :
For long stays of more than one month, the expected date of departure must be given 3 weeks in advance.

Payment :
On arrival for the current month, then on the 6th of every subsequent month.

Resident caretaker in the building.
